We are working to switch over to a new system that allows for online booking and targeted client communications. In the past, our Birthday Club, was set up so that you would have to sign up to be in the club by providing your birth month. At the beginning of your birth month, we’d send an email with your birthday coupon enclosed. It was somewhat of a manual process for us, so starting this month we’re making improvements!
The New Birthday Club at Salon Nouveau
With our new system, when you give us your birthday, you’ll automatically be added to the Birthday Club so you only have to give your info once. Once you’re in our new system, we will send you your birthday coupon 10 days before you celebrate. From there, you’ll have one month to redeem your coupon.
What You Need To Do
A while back we asked clients to provide updated contact information for us to add to our new booking system, which included your birthday. If you submitted your information during that time, we’ve already put you in our system and you should be set.
If you have not visited us since August 2020, we probably need to update your information. You can do that the next time you come in, or you can go to our online booking platform, create an account and enter your information.
Please note, some of our Stylists have opted not to use online booking at this time. Even if your Stylist is not using online booking, you must create an account with us in order to continue to receive email updates and be in the Birthday Club.
Q: I signed up for the Birthday Club before, do I need to do anything else?
A: We made every effort to transfer data, including emails and birthdays, to our new system. If you want to make sure you’re in the Club, please double check that you have an account in our system and your birthday is included at your next appointment.
Q: I don’t want to use online booking, can’t I just give you my email?
A: Unfortunately no. In the past, our email system was separate from our booking system so we were able to add you to our mailing list or the Birthday Club without you doing anything else. In an effort to be more efficient, we’ve combined the two, which means you have to have an account in order to receive communications from us.
