Deep tissue massage uses firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of the muscles and fascia. This is used for chronic aches and pain. Used in stiff neck, frozen shoulder, upper and lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Basalt Stones are heated to about 125-135 degrees prior to your session. After warming up the muscles with some Swedish massage techniques, we incorporate the hot stones. They will be placed over towels on the body to use for relaxation.  The stones will warm your body and loosen your muscles to release the tension and stress.
